We offer life and executive coaching based on the Gallup CliftonStrengths approach. CliftonStrengths is what Gallup calls patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour we’re all born with. Everyone has strengths, but each person uses them differently. When you intentionally apply your strengths, they can become your greatest source of fulfilment — you become more confident, happy, energetic and likely to achieve your goals. Gallup CliftonStrengths coaching can help you see what you might not see for yourself, help you appreciate your contributions and help you gain greater self-awareness.
Coaching can be done on an individual level, or for your organisation focusing on manager and team coaching.
The pricing below is for the Gallup assessment and the personalised reports. Thereafter coaching sessions are R500 per hour.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to complete an assessment before starting coaching?
As we follow the Gallup Strengths Coaching approach, we do require you to complete an online assessment before starting with coaching. This assessment is done once, and the results will then be used to generate whichever report option you have selected. You can always choose additional report options later in your coaching journey should the need arise, but the assessment will not have to be redone.
How many coaching sessions do I need to do?
There is no prescribed number of coaching sessions to be completed. We normally suggest that you do at least 3 sessions, so that we can go through your assessment results in detail, and you can understand how to apply the results to your goals. However, you can do as many coaching sessions as needed to deal with whatever you are struggling with, or until you reach a specific goal.
How frequently do I need to have coaching sessions?
There is no prescribed frequency. It depends on your needs and your financial situation. Sessions can be done weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We do not recommend a frequency less than monthly.
